How I do it?

1. I use an Input/Capture tab that I can access directly on my phone to any quick thought, reference, etc. ⤵️

2. Then I come to the Project Bank and create a ‘file’ for each idea. Check below.

To complete a ‘file’ in your Project Bank:

1. Quick-capture an idea → 1 line & tag
2. Give it 5 min of expansion when you have time
3. Drag it into the Project Bank board
4. Pick one when you’re ready to create
